After competing in 2 NPC bikini shows in 2020 I knew I had hurt my body. I had taken steroids, adderall, diet pills, been in a major calorie deficit, shut off my intuition and disconnected from my body giving so much of my power away, 

December 21, 2020 I went to a sacred plant medicine journey, I witnessed all the pain and trauma I had put my body through. I heard my body begging for me to come home to it, to love it, be one with it.

 My body needed a cleanse, it needed food, it needed me to learn to be still. 

 I hadn’t had a period in over 3 years from my IUD + the calorie deficit I had been living in off and on for the last 2 years of competing. I listened to my body, in January 2021 I removed my IUD, left the competition world, enrolled in yoga teacher training and hired an embodiment coach to help me connect to my womb, my yoni + my bodies wisdom.

I started to reconnect to my yoni through self pleasure, yoni gazing and several different womb activations. I finally saw all the shame my womb was holding from my growing up in a very religious home where sex was never spoke about and pleasure was associated with shame.

I had experienced my own sexual trauma when I was 16, that was my first experience with sex. The shame, the trauma, the pain, the guilt was all still there. On top of that was the trauma I was holding from my divorce + my ex- husband and yet another layer of pain was how I had disconnected from my body by shaming my moon (period) and shutting her off with the IUD + the steroid damage. 

I released so much pain, trauma and cleared my womb. I found permission, power, wisdom, love and me. 

Yoga teacher training helped me surrender to my body, to be with her fully to listen to her and observe what she needed to heal and feel whole again.  Which is why I am so passionate about yoga it is truly medicine. 

My moon started again after a few months of removing my IUD, it became a very sacred time for me to truly honor my body, listen to what she needed to cleanse, release and renew me on the deepest level. 

It changed the way I saw my body, the way I honored the essence of being feminine, the way I saw my yoni and how I started to listen to my wombs wisdom. 

I gave myself full permission to unlearn, relearn and discover. 

I dropped into my body completely, I embodied my body. 

I started to have the most powerful orgasms of my life, my body has experienced pleasure in a whole new way.I have released shame around my sensuality + femininity  and found the deepest ways to open fully and receive. 

This ignited an entire new  relationship with my body.

I feel safe in my body, I own my power rather than giving it away. 

I am more creative, intuitive, and connected to my divine feminine than ever before.  I see my body + my moon as sacred.

 I experience every day of life like a sacred ceremony being so devoted to fully experience life. 

I am whole, I am divine, I am free
