I have gone into all the extremes you can imagine. 


I’ve gone from being addicted to food, binge eating, starting & failing every diet possible, using food to escape my emotions. To becoming a sponsored athlete, competing in NPC Bikini fitness competitions.  That phase of restricting with food was more extreme than the addiction. Finally I have found balance healing my body with food, recoding fitness, healing my nervous system. Allowing myself to breathe for the first time. 


Creating a body based business has taught me how to heal my body, listen to wisdom codes and trust my intuition. Now connected to my feminine; I am constantly offering self love with daily offerings of my devotion.

    Not at all! This course will give you all the knowledge about each chakra. We go over the signs of balanced and imbalanced chakra. This is for anyone who wants to learn about the chakra system or dive deeper into their understanding of the system.

  • Do I have to know about Human Design before taking this course?

    No. We will go over Human Design 101 in this course as well as your 1:1 Human Design reading with me.

  • Is this course just for moms, coaches and fitness lovers, or can anyone apply?
